Our client is a Super ManCo boutique with +/- 12bn of AUM mainly UCITs and AIFM (hedge and PE funds) and belongs to one of the largest Asset Management Group in Europe.

Due to the increase of their activity, they are now expanding the team and are looking for a Junior Fund Administrator

Missions:

  • Controlling and processing funds cashflows
  • Supporting legal reporting  team when needed
  • Supporting Fund Accounting team with various tasks
  • Participating in ad hoc projects

Profile:

  • Degree in Finance or in Commerce
  • Experience in the fund industry would be an advantage
  • Fluency  required in both English and German

Accountant: RE Fund Manager

Our client is Real estate investment manager with offices all over Europe. They are focused on multiple real estate asset classes such as residential, offices with capital from the Fund and also separate accounts.

Missions:

  • Day to day bookkeeping
  • Financial Statements preparation

Profile:

  • A previous experience (2-3 years) in Accounting in Luxembourg is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of LuxGaap

Sr. Corporate Accountant

Our client, a leading corporate and fund services provider is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting experienced Accountants for its Luxembourg headquarters.

Missions:

  • Handling of day-to-day operations of client companies
  • Liaising with clients, auditors, banks etc.
  • Bookkeeping and reconciliation of the accounts
  • Administration and preparation of financial statements as well as consolidated accounts
  • Preparation of management reporting
  • Preparation of corporate tax returns
  • Preparation of corporate/legal documents (including Annual General Meetings and Board Meetings)


Profile: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance or economics
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong background/understanding in accounting is a key requirement
  • At least two years’ professional experience in accounting, ideally in domiciliation of companies, fiduciary, PSF or audit
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (preferably BOB)
  • Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to quickly pick up new concepts
  • Flexible and proactive with a “can do” attitude
  • Strong motivation to work in a fast growing, dynamic and challenging environment
