Our client is a fast growing fund manager located in Kirchberg. Due to a strong business increase, they are currently looking for a Corporate secretary in order to reinforce the team.

They are looking for an indiviual willing to develop a long term career within the group. As they are growing fast, they have a fast-paced working environment, but still want their employees to keep a reasonnable Work/Life balance. Missions

  • Look after the daily life of the companies and investment funds
  • Incorporation/ Liquidation of companies and investment funds
  • Preparation and attendance to bord meetings
  • Maintenance of statutory registers, etc.
  • Regulatory and statutory filling
  • Be the person of contact for client and service providers

Profile

  • A previous experience (4+ years) as Corporate officer in Luxembourg is mandatory
  • A good knowledge of the fund environment (Regulated / Unregulated)
  • Fluency in English
  • Abiltiy to work autonomously and to take on leadership when necessary.
