Fund compliance officer – Super ManCo

Our client ia Super ManCo in Luxembourg granted with both AIFM License, the Management Company under Chapter 15 of the UCITS Law license.

Missions:

  •  Performing Pre-trade checks and post-NAV compliance checks for both AIFs and UCITS
  •  Understanding of Linedata or other investment compliance tools considered a plus
  • Assessment of the Fund Risk Profile
  • Production of the monthly Risk Reports including Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Counterparty Risk
  • Liaison with clients in relation to Investment Compliance and Risk Management topics
  • Calculation of the Leverage according to AIFMD methodologies
  • Preparation of the AIFMD reports
  • Review of Investment Policies and RMP
  • Ad hoc projects related to risk management
  • Support on ad hoc basis the review of NAVs


Profile:

  • Solid knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment especially as applicable to the fund industry.
  • Sound understanding of UCITS and AIFMD.
  • At least 3 years of similar experience in Investment Compliance
  • Risk Management knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French

Sr. Corporate Accountant

Our client, a leading corporate and fund services provider is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting experienced Accountants for its Luxembourg headquarters.

Missions:

  • Handling of day-to-day operations of client companies
  • Liaising with clients, auditors, banks etc.
  • Bookkeeping and reconciliation of the accounts
  • Administration and preparation of financial statements as well as consolidated accounts
  • Preparation of management reporting
  • Preparation of corporate tax returns
  • Preparation of corporate/legal documents (including Annual General Meetings and Board Meetings)


Profile: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance or economics
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong background/understanding in accounting is a key requirement
  • At least two years’ professional experience in accounting, ideally in domiciliation of companies, fiduciary, PSF or audit
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (preferably BOB)
  • Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to quickly pick up new concepts
  • Flexible and proactive with a “can do” attitude
  • Strong motivation to work in a fast growing, dynamic and challenging environment
